The Education Foundation is going green!  We have switched to a paperless micro grant application. Click the links below to download the grant guidelines and application. If you have problems with the links below, contact us to request an application via email at executivedirector@tetoneducation.com

Click above for one example of a well written grant proposal that includes all the necessary components to ensure our grant committee and board of directors have no questions about what is requested, how the program/project will work, benefits of the grant,  and how it will be evaluated for success or failure.  Notice it fits well within the 5 page maximum too.

The  Education Foundation accepts grants year round from teachers, staff, employees and PTOs of Teton County School District #401.  Grant Decisions are made by the board at their next regular meeting after these dates:
  • September 15
  • December 15
  • March 15
The general rule of the foundation is to fund one-time expenses and not on-going programs.  We will fund professional development opportunities for teachers as long as the applicant can demonstrate that they have used the funds allocated from the School District first and that if awarded, applicant must share what they've learned with fellow teachers in some kind of in-service.

If you are a member of our Grant Committee, please click below to download the Grant Scoring Sheet.
